Two weeks ago, Dr Lategan, visiting lecturer at Mendelu University in Brno, visited West Coast TVET College as part of an European Union Erasmus funded project.
The objective of the project is to establish a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in Climate Smart Agriculture at the Vredendal campus of the college. Mr. Muller and his team invited representatives from agriculture producer and commodity groups to the workshop.
The concept of the regional CoVE hub was explained to all the attendees which led to positive and constructive discussions.
